Some of us welded on a foot "handle" that reaches out past the muffler.

For my too-low-to the ground Ural Retro, I also keep a strategically shaped length of 2x4 wood that I can drive the bike's rear wheel onto, which raises the rear sufficiently to pull the center stand down, and can then roll the bike up onto it.

One end of the wood piece is ramped, the other end notched. The notched end fits under the sidecar outer axle and then I can roll the bike forward, lifting the wheel off the ground.

It is sort of a do-it-all Russian-esque simple tool. You can also use it to pound on things, and defend yourself from attacking curious observers, bears, and such.
