Customer Service problems

Does anyone else have problems with customer service when dealing with warranty issues? It seems every time I have to take my bike into the shop for warranty issues, it ends up being a month or two in the shop. Unfortunately for me, this is a trip that is over 500 km one way. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I can't say for sure since I don't know the details, but it sounds like a slow dealer. Have you notified IMWA headquarters? I think, after 4 weeks, they have to extend your warranty by the length of time at the dealer.

The only time my dealer had my bike for a warranty repair that lasted 4 weeks is when it dropped a lower rod bearing and the engine had to be shipped to Redmond, Washington and back.
