This was my first attempt at sidecars. I built him a rig out of an 84 Ascot and an 81 CA Companion. It was about a 3 month project. Had to fab a sub-frame and come up with a damper among other things. Damper is the classic VW shimmy bar, worked great! Unit is still on the road last I heard.

Bike was a 500cc, shaft drive, six speed. If it had been a 750 I would stiil have it, great rig!
