Ken, i just called to make a reservation and they said you have 10 sites booked. So I assume I'm just freeloading on one of your reservations. Let me know if i should book a separate site or If I'm reimbursing you for one of yours. Sorry, my first tour, don't know the protocol yet.

thanks,

I think the campground is under new managment so they are having more difficulty with this than in previous years.
It is good that you are on one of the reserved sites. I'm trying to keep the group together so we can informaly come up with plans, it's a large campground.

You should take care of paying the campground for your site on your own. I paid for one site for two nights and they told me they would reserve 5 sites for the group. I never had to up front money with the people who were running the campground before. I called them yesterday and they told me I had 7 sites reserved. Bob emailed me later yesterday and told me they have 10 sites reserved for us.

The current expected count is 10 bikes and 14 people. If anyone has not contacted me yet tell them you are with the Riders of the Eastern Front or the Russian Motorcycle group and they will try to place you as close as they can. We will be near the far end of the campground near the 2nd set of bathrooms. The bath house/bathrooms are closer to the main office. When you check in they should be able to point you in the right dirrection, I hope.

I should try to get there early to put up the banner. I've been known to be late. Bob says he will be there by noon. Look for a red 96 Tourist and a 95 white VW campervan and get you site moved near there if it isn't already.

Ken,

Just want to let you know that as soon as we said we would be there, we have to now regretfully say we are out.  Had an issue Sunday night, see our post in Nuts 'n' Bolts.   :feelssogood:   I hope everyone has a great time and we are really upset that we can't make it.  We will check back and hope to see pictures.
