i seen abandoned IS-3 monument in the deserted base and air-field near Vyborg (russia,petersburg)

inside garbage and beer"s  cans,.no engine

That's a shame to see it in that condition. It should be restored and in a good museum!

Exactly, I am sure there are plenty of restoration groups that would love to do it too! What a great tank it was. And it was also unseen for the longest time in USSR. You would rarely catch glimpses of it in some old parade footage. Other then that, it was mostly stored away and kept for the next war to come.
