For this winter I started to rebuild my M72 engine.
I did this because the engine leaked in the back of the flywheel.
After I opened the crankcase cover from the back of the flywheel, i discovered that the oil slinger was full with mud, even the bold holes were covered by dust.
I have to mention that he engine was assembled in 2012, it did 4000 km, the engine was chainged once a year, medium quality, the motorcycle didn„t had a hard life, never offroad.
I regrind the front bearing housing from the crankcase, because the weak material, it started to get oval, in the horizontal plan, because the engine is boxer.
The rear bearing housing was rebuild with steel.
I mounted a new oil pump with much better volume, and installed a oil filter near the pump, before that the oil to go into the main tube deliver and after the oil pump
I had four titan valves, 7mm stem, 42 head diameter, I mount bronze sleve in the cylinders and installed them.
Tho oil pipe from the front, that have to oil the gears was reduced to 1mm, I have the intention that the oil volume to go in the crank bolts and in the cylinder that is lubricated from the main oil ramp.
The pistons are from a Mazda engine 78,5mm, 19,2mm bolt pin.

Wish you best!
The pictures are to big, i can not upload them
