These is a common problem to this type of transmision. Use Loctite when mounting, it will help.

So... guys, the source of massive leaking problems has been discovered. Probably for bad mounting, the bolt from the timming gear who command housing ventilation find broken and housing ventilation piece was in position Off. That push outside the oil sealer from the main flying wheel.Attached File  IMG_20171114_145256.jpg   225.57K   6 downloadsAttached File  img_20171112_164137.jpg   221.67K   12 downloadsAttached File  IMG_20171114_151849.jpg   145.41K   18 downloadsAttached File  IMG_20171114_145344.jpg   240.71K   17 downloads

I have seen the timed breather wear like the one you have pictured.  It would make a loud rattle sound.  I have repaired this by over-sized drilling the hole in the breather and the timing gear (still installed) and use the smooth portion of a drill bit to make a new pin.
Good luck!
