getting a Dnepr UK V5 without a frame number

now guys and girls

I have a small but also a very large problem, I have just bought a DNEPR K750 and want to get it on the road here in the uk . I hve the Russian log book the engine number is the same as the bike so good so far . but the frame number is nowhere to be found on the frame ahhhhhh now the log book has a line through the entry on the log book ... is this vehicle been in some james bond book and its some secret Russian cold war entry..

would love your thought's  on this puzzle
I have scanned the log book to see if I'm missing something

Some series of K750 did not have frame number. In East Europe the papers registration had only the engine serial number.
