More pictures with PP1, maybe it helps:

Yes...!!! That helps. All the "black cover" first pictures I already found and downloaded, but I never seen the last "metal case" one... Very Good!... Can you upload the link to where you found it?

J.D. at Bcozz said something smart as usual... Since everything else was copied in the beginning, why wouldn't the relay be that to? So this gives me new hope to find some kind of drawings or something. Now I need to figure out what the original Bosch relay was called on BMW R71, R61, R51 and maybe R5. Hope we have some Bemer experts here...

Back to PP-1 and square one... I just realized that its not the first time I been looking for regulators/relays to these old BMW:s, I think I remember that I saw a picture from R51 or 61 a couple of years ago, I think that the regulator is inside the generator... But Bosch 6V regulators from the end of 30's and beginning of the 40's would have been some kind of standard... J.D. says Ardie RBK 1933. I'm looking at all German bikes I can find from that era now. The German PP-1 must be somewhere out there...

Next thing on the agenda is blueprints and pictures of original (or new replicas) batteries from the 40's or early 50's. All help are very much appreciated...

I found out that the M72 could have two different kind of batteries, 3MT-7 (EQ-7) 6V 7Amp and 3MT-14 (EQ-14) 6V 14Amp...

Anyone that knows anything about these or maybe have pictures?...

I found some old Russian info and translated it by using OCR... Look like 3MT-7 (EQ-7) was made at "Саратовский завод свинцовых аккумуляторов"
witch becomes something like "Saratov factory for lead-acid batteries", sort of...

!!!!... Not possible to write in Russian at "Russian Iron ...!!!! ???... Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image

Since it doesn't work to write Cyrillic letter here I'm putting up a picture of the factory name...
