:flame-on!:   JUST A FEW MORE DAYS!!

I just checked out the Oly Toy Run website and I found this little bit of info;  New since 2010: No more throwing of candies while driving the parade.

SO ... Barry ... NO CANDY THIS YEAR!   :blush2:

Weather;  Olympia - Saturday; 43* / Partly Cloudy
Let us HOPE it stays that way!

If we all can't meet for breakfast maybe we should just pick a place close to all Ural in together?  I donno ... just tossin' out ideas here ...

Yes, I saw that too :(
I know my grandson (if he is able to make it) would have enjoyed tossing out some treats to the spectators.  Since I am probably the farthest away, I will try to meet up with Barry on my way south.  I am open to any time, but dont see the need to arrive too early, as we really dont leave the parking lot until 1:00

I am going to pretend I did not see the "candy" throwing restrictions.
I can tell you that most people would not have read that part and that there will be plenty of candy canes flying through the air!

Should be fun!

Mark, I can hook up w/you and Barry on your way through.  I will call you guys Friday to set up a time (since you will have to pass my way anyway).  Can't wait to see you guys again!

laugh@Fish!  My kind of guy!   I can remember (as a kid) the 4th of July parade in our little home town was the shiz'nit simply because of the candy people would throw from the floats.  I can understand the "safety factor" of things but come on!!  If people use their heads I don't see why candy can't be tossed!  Meh.  It seems there always as to be a turd in the punch bowl these days.
I'm looking FWD: to meeting you, too ... Fish!!!

Warcat looks great!!

The weather report for the next 3 days looks to be DRY!

I have been working every night on the Troyka so it will be ready.
I might have to put my chrome BSA tank on it but otherwise it should be ready to go.

Any idea on a meeting place or are we just going to line up at 10am when they open?

Toy Run is .... TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far it's Windmill, NorthBendMark, FishGS and myself headed in from RIMC.  We plan on meeting at a Starbucks in Lacey.  Exact Starbucks TBD.

Any other takers out there?  Wanna join up w/us?
