Looks good. I need to get down there anyway and meet Vince the Enfield dealer and see his operation.

Where is Vince's?  I do love me some Royal Enfields, too!!!

(HEY MARK!!)  I guess Barry (Windmill) is going on the Toy Run, too!  Well, that's FOUR of us so far!!  Wah-Hoo!  Barry says to GET THERE EARLY and if you have a monkey make sure they have CANDY for the kids along the route.  Sounds like a deal to me!!  I'm thinkin' we should all do a pre-gather and go in together!  Anybody else game for this?

I went last year for the first time and had a BLAST!
I took my Black and Red 1953 BSA B33 and braved the sea of Harley's and Pirates.

Plan on going again this year with the Ural. I live in West Olympia so it is very close to me.

Would be interested in meeting some you guys, I recognize some of your screen names from Advrider ( I am FishGS there also)
Meeting someplace for breakfast would be cool!

Here is my ride report from last year for those of you that have not been to one of these.   http://www.advrider....ad.php?t=531387

WOW FishGS!  Thast BSA is ... BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!  Loved the "drool icons" that people posted.  hee hee hee.  Great write up on Advrider, too.  *gasp*  And there's Windmill's Tourist and North Bend Mark's Gear-Up in the post as well!

>Would be interested in meeting some you guys ... someplace for breakfast would be cool!
I'm all for a breakfast meet!!  Mark (NorthBendMark), Barry (Windmill), Tracy/me (Tracerfire), rivers (donno him ... YET!) and FishGS!  FIVE so far! This is gonna be grand!  I don't know the area very well so can anybody else suggest a breakfast meeting location and perhaps a time?

After looking at a few ride reports now I'm SUPER excited for this event!!!  3 week away!

Thanks for the nice comments Tracer.

Last year the weather was perfect (for Dec) cold but absolutely sunny. Hope we get lucky like that this year.

The Troyka is a project like the BSA was and I am working on it every night so it will be ready for the ride (except paint)

I will look around Lacey by the staging area for a good breakfast/coffee place. That way we can stage the bikes towards the front and escape the pirates!

It's in Lacy somewhere. You'll have to google ' Vince's Motorcycle Store' I've only dealt with him via phone, email and the Enfield forum. Never been to the shop, yet.

Found the web site to Vince's.  I'll have to check them out sometime for S&Gs on my way to Cabela's in Lacy!

Thanks for doing some research on a breakfast place FishGS!!  And I HOPE for the same weather THIS year as you had for last year!

I'm still trying to get a few more buddies involved in this.  I have a few more Ural friends who aren't on Russian Iron.  It would be nice to have a small pack-o-Urals for the run.

The only place close that isn't fast food is Applebee's which is only about 100 yards from the staging area.
I called them and they open at 10:00am on Sat.

I'm thinking that could be a good place to meet.

Any thoughts?

I don't think 10am is early enough.   :thumbsup!:

We could meet at 9:00 although they don't open the gates and start staging until 10:00.

The parade starts at 1:00

All I know is those who have done this in the past say get their early.  I would assume hanging off the gates at 10am would be a good time.  I'll have to send a PM to the other guys to see what they all think of if they've found a breakfast location.
