Greetings from Virginia USA.

I have semi-decided to add a system case/saddlebag on the Ural on the bike side. Looked at all the BMW system cases and everything is way up in price on ebay and the cheaper JC Whitney type of hard bag is kind of small and cheesy.

Anyway, the beauty of the Ural in my humble opinion is that you can bolt on a gas can and the bike looks great or hang a vise on the bike and no one would say anything other than that's interesting...

So, bought a Military night vision googles case on ebay. They come in either aluminum (older ones) or composite/fiberglass I think. The cases are air and water tight. Dimensions are 17" x 15 1/2" x 9 1/2 and inside dimensions are 14 1/2" x 13 1/2" x 8 not huge but enough to carry a few items.

So, we shall see how it looks and if I like it or not.

cheers,

j
