I'll try and make it trickier next time: landmarks, lie of the land etc: No place names, just distances and bearings!! It'll be like a Russian Iron treasure hunt!
As for having an interest in these countries, two weeks could see you travelling through all three Baltic countries:
Tallinn, one or two of the islands, Riga, the Latvian coast (beautiful beaches with singing sands: it makes a chirping sound when you walk on it: a sign of purity and silica content I believe), Vilnius and Kaunas in Lithuania: also said to be very beautiful.
English is spoken by many of the younger generations, and money goes pretty far here, compared ot Western Europe. Oh, and the beer is pretty good (Read as "delicious"!!)...
