I mean , now and here its winterish...hard to really tell as all the seasons are a bit messed up since someone weaponised the weather....but all the bikers have vanished ...and I seem to be the last  man standing again.......amazin how a bit of cold affects people here!....having said that two wheels is definitely the way, to meet your maker on these potholed roads , and dumbed down cagers.... a reflection of this trend, I have to say, appears or rather doesn't...upon this venerable organ...despite the fact that a multipronged softkill is in effect I see no reason , for us , to bow before the powers that shouldn't be, and relinquish our joy of life.....!!...Ride as if it were your last, and sing out loud....we are here, despite your best efforts ...and we are not going away!!! :smileypopcorn:

I'm a big wuss. In the winter, I drive a Volvo wagon with butt heaters. The Dnepr goes into the garage until spring.

Great Fun, doing  donuts in the yard, but I really hate doing the same on a road with an oncoming truck fish tailing at eye level....Ken

I salute you, this is a few days ago from a short run.
Kinda misty as it was going dark but actually an end to the first day of a shy sun after 4 weeks of continuous cloud - them iluminatti drawing the weather gun   .
It would be so fun on short distances on big snow, just that they throw all sorts of anti-ice substances that prooved corrosive for my sidecars over the last winters -and I can't clean them after cause I don't have a garage, I did it once, it was a glazed Dnepr even the bowden cables froze inside.

What no leg shields!....and no heated grips!!........and of course there are them electric blankets they sell...the 12v ones are like heated pads and they just wrap around one and under ones jacket enough....Plus...you are standin there with no coffee and a fag...essentials for the outdoors!

Was a short run to a nearby lake. The bike's gone through a complete bodywork overhaul, didn't install the legshields yet with their sloppy brackets and need to bend them to my liking, but will do.
I don't use heated grips, instead fabric covers that work great in the cold and I can put on thin gloves.
I don't use electric blankets, didn't want to overload the 424 alternator but I have one lying around and will try.

Hope the sun shines upon all of your Happy little faces, before the big day dawns, and judgement is upon us all :smileywaving:
