Hello from Denmark

I'm the owner of a 1993 Ural 8,103-10, an have made the "big" motor repair, new pistons, EU-bearings a.s.o.
For around 10 years ago i had a Dnepr 1971 also with sidecar, but not the time to make it go...

I'm now in the "tunings-mode" and fiddeling with the Pekar K68's , do anyone of you have an idear why the idleing tunnel is not drilled (No.16 on pic.), is the carb. a 2 stroke karb or?

Best regards

The K68 is made in many different models. The right model for Ural/Dnepr 650 is K68Y. The tunnel (no 16) is not drilled on the K68y, I don't know why....

Be sure you got the original russian Pekar K68, not one of the chinese copys, they are absolutly crap!

Nice bike!

BTW - I found the above on the german forum for http://www.ural-dnepr.net/ .... find the forum and look for the tread K68 Optimierung ?! . If you read german you'll se that one of the guys (girls?) is listing up many carb's with this "airchannel" open.
