Yesterday bought a nice 4½ inch headlamp from tractor sparepartstore. Standard western 6V driving light bulb will fit directly and mounting can be done to front fender bolts on lower t-clamp. And the best thing, similar size mc lamps cost over 100€, this one 35€ and prices start from 20€.

It brought hd front suspension. and in think there should be 1 "shaft (25mm), but the caliper give the 7/8"(22mm). which is impossible .. 3/4 "would be about 19mm, it does not fit .. I take one beer

taitaa helpottaa jos avaan oluen..

Problem solved. I measured the wrong, the right one is 3/4 "or 19mm.

tomorrow bearing trade.

measurement error occurred when the front tire and the axle is still attached to the motorcycle..

Joo, tuli sitten mitattua väärästä kohtaan, kun toi aluvanne on vielä kiinni tuolla mopossa , oikea on sitten 3/4" siis laakerikauppaan huomenna..

That aint no gold... That means some work, i think. Is that picture from your new engine or old one?

I´m trying to get some breaks to front, no idea whats wrong. Something is giving up, but i cant get brakeshoes closer any more. Still i havent get brakes to front???

I have better wire, so not that old russian rubberwire, but still no brakes. Anyone, any ideas what next?

You have to cut off a bit of the wire and keep the outer sheath untouched. If that destroys the end of the wire - with its fixing solution on the wheel - you will have to find other means to adjust the length of the wire. Using prefab wires does not necessarily give you the right movement needed - without adjustments.
